The Chameleon will feel different from anything you have ever worn for ankle protection The hinge allows freedom of movement that you may not be accustomed to. Do not mistake this freedom of movement for lack of support. A leading University said Active Ankle braces provide more support (inversion) than the leading air-stirrup brace, leading lace up brace or tape job.
The Active Ankle Chameleon may be worn on either the left or right ankle. Look for the logo on the outside of the brace for proper placement
Place the brace in the shoe first.
If you feel pressure on your foot or ankle after applying the brace for the first time, the Active Ankle Chameleon is designed to adjust to your individual ankle after a few wearings. Your Chameleon is like a new pair of shoes and requires a day or so break in period.
