IthacaSports makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours, however delivery times may vary based on mail volume and destination. Only Overnight and Two-day shipping options are guaranteed to arrive by a certain date. Please verify that your shipping address is current and correct; we are not responsible for packages that are lost or late due to inaccuracies.

EXPEDITED – 3 - 6 business days

*Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. Eastern for same-day processing. All orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day orders will not ship out or arrive on Saturday or Sunday. Next Day orders placed before 3 p.m. on Friday will arrive on Monday, Next Day orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Saturday delivery options are available for an additional fee – please call 1800.716.9382 for rates.
Exceptions to Standard Shipping Times
APO/FPO – There is no additional fee for APO or FPO addresses, however shipping times are not guaranteed and are limited to Economy and Expedited options. Please call 1800.716.9382 to place an Expedited order to an APO/FPO address. Due to Federal regulations, aerosol cans cannot be shipped to APOs or FPOs and these items will automatically be cancelled out of any orders.
AEROSOL CANS – Due to Federal Aviation Administration regulations, these items cannot be shipped via air and so must be shipped via ground transportation. Economy shipping on these items can take up to 12 business days. All upgraded shipping options will be sent via FedEx Ground and will arrive in 2-6 business days.
PO BOXES/ RURAL ADDRESSES – Orders may be shipped via either USPS or FedEx at our discretion. Please indicate in the Comments section if the address you provided will not be valid with one of these carriers and provide an alternate address if applicable.
BACK-ORDERS – In the rare event that in item is on backorder or unavailable, customers will be contacted immediately
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA - We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you call, we may be able to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING REFUNDS - Next Day, Second Day and Third day guarantee shipping costs will be refunded only if the shipper or the carrier is at fault for the delay. Shipping costs will not be refunded when the delay is due to weather or an address exception.
