    I'm big; 6'4", 240lbs. Have arthritis and fibromyalgia. Have constant pain along right shoulder blade plus above collar bone. Will this wrap cover those areas?

    Because of varying body types, I can not say if this would cover all those areas. It is however, the largest ice/heat pack (by far) that we carry and what we have seen on the market. Elastogel is the most comfortable pad on the market (it is on the heavier side).
