Is the Warm or the Cool Therapy Gel better or stronger?
You tell us! The Sombra Warm and Cool Therapy Gels are similar so it is hard to say which one is better or stronger and we get this question a lot. The difference between them is in how much menthol and camphor they contain. The Sombra Warm therapy contains 3% menthol and 3% Camphor as the active ingredients. The Sore No More Cool Therapy has 6% menthol. Each one has a different feel and how well it works for each individual is based on personal opinion.

What are the directions?
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Rub in thoroughly until gel is absorbed.
Caution/Warnings
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a Doctor. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly. Store at room temperature.

Exceptions to Standard Shipping Times
APO/FPO – There is no additional fee for APO or FPO addresses, however shipping times are not guaranteed and are limited to Economy and Expedited options. Please call 1800.716.9382 to place an Expedited order to an APO/FPO address. Due to Federal regulations, aerosol cans cannot be shipped to APOs or FPOs and these items will automatically be cancelled out of any orders.
AEROSOL CANS – Due to Federal Aviation Administration regulations, these items cannot be shipped via air and so must be shipped via ground transportation. Economy shipping on these items can take up to 12 business days. All upgraded shipping options will be sent via FedEx Ground and will arrive in 2-6 business days.
PO BOXES/ RURAL ADDRESSES – Orders may be shipped via either USPS or FedEx at our discretion. Please indicate in the Comments section if the address you provided will not be valid with one of these carriers and provide an alternate address if applicable.
BACK-ORDERS – In the rare event that in item is on backorder or unavailable, customers will be contacted immediately
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA - We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you call, we may be able to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING REFUNDS - Next Day, Second Day and Third day guarantee shipping costs will be refunded only if the shipper or the carrier is at fault for the delay. Shipping costs will not be refunded when the delay is due to weather or an address exception.
