    How long does it stay cool/hot and long does it take to re-cool it? Would love to here more comments about the contruction of the product, is it similiar to the Elasto-Gel product?

    This product is much thinner than the elastogel (the gel is thinner). This wrap was made with pitchers in mind. It is quick to cool, easy to transport, much lighter but will not stay cold quite as long. Pitchers do not need the continued cold. The wrap does go a bit further down the arm so it can cover the elbow (on most people).

    This Cramer shoulder wrap is one size fits all according to the manufacturer. I would say that it would be to big for a small child.

    The whole shoulder wrap goes into the freezer. You do not need to purchase anything else for the cold shoulder wrap.
