Note For Bigger Bellies: The belt portion of Back-A-Line is tapered to accommodate a ''waist smaller than hips'' to eliminate any chance of the support migrating up or down from the waist. For ''waist bigger than hips'' just wear it upside-down! Simply center the pad in the small of the back, but instead of wrapping the belt at the navel, wrap it diagonally about 2-3 inches underneath it. Finally, lift the stomach and secure the hook-and-loop closures.
