What are the instructions for the use of these nasal plugs? According to the manufacturer, these are used for nose bleeds occurring in the first inch of the nose. The suggested steps for use are grasp end of the plug then gently insert into the first inch of the nostril. When the bleeding has stopped gently withdraw from nose.

Exceptions to Standard Shipping Times
APO/FPO – There is no additional fee for APO or FPO addresses, however shipping times are not guaranteed and are limited to Economy and Expedited options. Please call 1800.716.9382 to place an Expedited order to an APO/FPO address. Due to Federal regulations, aerosol cans cannot be shipped to APOs or FPOs and these items will automatically be cancelled out of any orders.
AEROSOL CANS – Due to Federal Aviation Administration regulations, these items cannot be shipped via air and so must be shipped via ground transportation. Economy shipping on these items can take up to 12 business days. All upgraded shipping options will be sent via FedEx Ground and will arrive in 2-6 business days.
PO BOXES/ RURAL ADDRESSES – Orders may be shipped via either USPS or FedEx at our discretion. Please indicate in the Comments section if the address you provided will not be valid with one of these carriers and provide an alternate address if applicable.
BACK-ORDERS – In the rare event that in item is on backorder or unavailable, customers will be contacted immediately
