RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All customers returning or exchanging items must request an RMA via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (1800.716.9382) within 7 days of confirmed delivery. This number must be on the outside of the return package. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days. Items received without an RMA or after 30 days will be refused. We strongly suggest that customers ship items using a secure shipping method and obtain a tracking number.
Returns and exchanges must be in *NEW* condition and contain all original packaging, packaging inserts, and instruction manuals. Sealed items that have had the seal broken are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise compromised will not be accepted and will *NOT* be refunded. If the item is not pristine, please donít try to return or exchange it. Seriously. We will notice.
Returned items will be refunded the item cost minus shipping costs and a restocking fee. Items that shipped for free will be assessed the actual shipping costs before the refund is applied. For items under $50.00, the restocking fee is $5.00. For items over $50.00, the restocking fee is 10% of the total item cost.
There is no restocking fee for exchanges, however the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Return shipping costs can be calculated when customers obtain an RMA.
