The AquaShield Cast Protector helps prevent casts and bandages from getting wet in the bath or shower. It is an easy to use protective cover that is simple to use, durable, and safe. The cast cover is made of a heavy-gauge polyurethane plastic, which is notable both for its strength and elasticity. The pre-formed opening can be stretched over almost any cast. As soon as it is released, however, it returns to within 3% of its original dimension, resulting in a comfortable and water-tight seal. The AquaShield is a single piece of plastic with no straps, pumps, or rings, so there are no additional parts to maintain, lose, or break. The Regular size AquaShields fit most adults. The Small size AquaShields fit adults and children under 120 pounds. The Pediatric AquaShields fit infants and toddlers up to three years of age.
