The Cho-Pat Patellar Kneecap Stabilizer is most often used to relieve pain in individuals affected by Patellar Tendonitis, also known as 'Jumpers Knee'. The Cho-Pat Patellar Kneecap Stabilizer also helps to relieve pain associated with arthritis and general degeneration of the knee over time. The Cho-Pat Knee Stabilizer compresses and supports the front and back of the knee. Four tubes enclosed inside the brace help to ensure extra stability to the kneecap without restricting general use of the knee.

SHOULD MEASUREMENT BE MADE ACROSS THE KNEE CAP, BELOW THE KNEE CAP OR ABOVE THE KNEE CAP?

It should be measured around the leg in the center of the knee cap.

I just want to make sure that this would be coming as pictured in royal blue, as I need to match the one I have on my other knee.

Yes, they are currently still the royal blue color (2017). We are not sure if Chopat has any plans to change that in the future but as of now they are the same.
