RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All customers returning or exchanging items must request an RMA via email (email@example.com) or telephone (1800.716.9382) within 30 days.
The RMA number must be on the outside of the return package. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days. Items received without an RMA or after return window may not be refunded. We strongly suggest that customers ship items using a secure shipping method and obtain a tracking number.
Returns and exchanges must be in *NEW* condition and contain all original packaging, packaging inserts, and instruction manuals. For customer safety reasons, sealed items that have had the seal broken are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise compromised will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
RETURNS: Returned items will be refunded the item cost minus our shipping and handling costs.
For items that shipped for free: the actual shipping and handling costs that we paid will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES: There is no fee for exchanges, however the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Return shipping costs can be calculated when customers obtain an RMA.
