What is the towel made of?

We called the manufacturer and Karen at customer service says that they do not give out what the towel is made of (perhaps a trademark issue?) but they are very similar to the towels used by divers. They hold moisture and can be rung out. They are also antimicrobial. Sorry this is all the info I could get from them.
