    Is this a pliable tape like Kinesio tape? Do you need prewrap with this?

    This is athletic tape (often used to tape ankles and wrists etc.. think football etc). It is not as pliable as kinesiotape. Some athletes use prewrap and some prefer to have it directly on the skin (often depends on the amount of hair present).
