These can be used for any toes. You many want to cut the open end down a bit if it is to big.

Are these waterproof ?

To be honest, we have never had this question before and I am unsure. They may breakdown quicker with the chlorine or sea water but I am not sure. They are not designed to be in the water but they make work. Sorry we can not help more than that.
