These foam pads are an economical and effective way to help reduce the friction and discomfort caused by shoes rubbing near the heel or the area around laces. Simply place the pads where they are needed most (many people also use a small amount of Mueller Lubricating Ointment as well. Each case contains a total of 2000 foam pads.
